Regional Roundtables and Lunch & Learns

It’s a cinch! Bring together key decisionmakers at a regional roundtable; make their experience relevant and useful; add in a satisfying Lunch & Learn, sponsored by your company - and you have a great opportunity to get noticed. The InfoComm Lunch & Learns and facility tours enable a day of outreach to the building and architect community.

Cost of Sponsorship:
$1,500 for an individual Lunch & Learn
$6,000 for the series of five Lunch & Learns

Lunch-and-Learns will take place on the second day of the InfoComm Regional Roundtables, scheduled as follows:

  • Atlanta, Georgia -- February 15, 16
  • Toronto, Ontario, Canada -- May 10, 11
  • San Francisco, California -- August 8, 9
  • Seattle, Washington -- October 25, 26
  • Washington, DC -- November 14, 15
  • The Lunch & Learns enable members to showcase unique AV installations to architects and building owners. An InfoComm instructor leads the educational portion, followed by a tour and lunch. Locations are identified through a proposal process. Members may submit proposals for their best projects in the cities listed above. InfoComm evaluates proposals and determines site selection based on:
    1. Size and significance of the AV application
    2. W
    hether the client has granted permission to host a tour
    3. Whether there is space to accommodate 50 people for a presentation and lunch
    4. What “best practices” architects will see
    5. Site's
    convenience to metro areas
