As an InfoComm Presenter you will have an opportunity to attend education seminars, relax and prepare for your education sessions in the speaker lounge, and receive renewal units for presenting with us.

Speaker Badges
You will receive your speaker badge in the mail prior to InfoComm 2007.  Please make sure you bring this with you to the show.  If you do not receive your badge in the mail and/or lose it, please contact Bill Thomas at 800.659.7469 or 703.273.7200 ext. 3130 or via email icacademy@infocomm.org. You can also contact Bill by stopping in the Education Office in Room 205A once onsite to request a new badge.

Speaker Ribbons
You will receive your speaker ribbon along with your speaker badge in the mail prior to the show.  If for some reason you should not receive it or lose the ribbon, please stop by the Education Office in Room 205A once onsite to request a new ribbon.

Speaker Lounge
The Speaker Lounge is an area where you can work, have a cup of coffee, relax, check your email or find any help you may need to make your presentation successful.  The Speaker Lounge is co-located with the Education Office in Room 205B.  Speaker Lounge hours will be from 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Friday, June 15 - Wednesday, June 20, 2007 and 7:00 am - 1:00 pm Thursday, June 21, 2007. 

Access to Education Sessions
As a speaker you are given the opportunity to attend all InfoComm Academy education sessions that are NOT sold out (with the exception of Institute for Professional Development).  Please register for these courses online at www.infocommshow.org using priority code SPEAK07. This promotion code will allow you to register starting Friday, June 8, 2007.  In the event you would like to attend a session which has been sold out, please stop by the Education Office in Room 205 to check for space availability. If you wish to attend any special events or Manufacturers' Training while at InfoComm 2007 you will need to register and/or pay separately for those events.  

EduBucks
As a way of saying thank you for all of your time and effort in both the preparation and presentation at InfoComm 2007, your company will be given 500 EduBucks for each of your speaking engagements.  Your company must be a member of InfoComm International to receive this benefit. 

Certification Renewal Units
As a way of recognizing all of your time and effort in both the preparation and presentation at InfoComm 2007 you will receive 3 renewal units toward your CTS for every 1 hour of presentation time.
